Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor and therefore some shipping costs are higher that you might expect.  Shipping costs levied by other organisations are passed directly to our clients without additional costs being added by us.  We make every effort to reduce shipping and packaging costs where this is possible. Orders placed before 12:00 midday are usually shipped the same day, orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the following weekday.

Returns 

We provide a returns policy on all products which either meets or exceeds the terms expected by UK law. We will refund the amount you paid for your product providing it is received at our location within the time period stated.  Any product containing software MUST be UNOPENED to qualify for a refund. WE WILL NOT refund either shipping or returns postage unless you have a valid grievance about the item shipped.

If you were shipped the item in error or the item is not as decribed, a full refund for the item and postage paid will be given. Please note that due to previous instances of copyright theft of software products, we are unable to issue a refund for ANY software once the box has been opened.
